What you missed this week

Whether you love or hate Angelina Jolie you've gotta admire one thing about her, she always gives interesting interviews. This week Ange featured in America's Entertainment Weekly magazine and her frank answers didn't disappoint! For a taster check out below:

On ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton and why they wore necklaces containing each others blood: "I thought it was kind of romantic! I still love him dearly and think the world of him and I'm proud to have been his wife for a time."

On cuddling her kids whilst pregnant with twins: "we've worked out a system where Brad just lifts them to me every time they want to come up. I just don't bend down. I'll scream, ''Honey!'' and he'll come running and lift them up."

On the perks that come with pregnancy: "It's great for the sex life. It just makes you a lot more creative. So you have fun, and as a woman you're just so round and full."

On how they refer to each other:  "I say 'partner' sometimes. 'Father of my children' is too long. But half the time people refer to us as, 'So, your wife this, your husband that.' We've stopped correcting everybody."

Her favourite thing to do: "On weekends we usually have family sleep. We always have one night a week where everybody stays up late, watches a movie, and stays in our bed. We have, like, a slumber party."

In other news...

Lynne Spears, Britney's mum, is going ahead with a book about raising her famous daughters. A rep from the book's publishing company says it "will get into the dark period of Britney's life — from a mother's eyes". The book is entitled Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World and will be out in September.

There seems to be a serious feud hotting up between blogger Perez Hilton and Brit singer Lily Allen. It all started when Perez posted a blog yesterday saying "It's hard to stay on top in the music industry. Just ask Lily Allen! She's known these days more fore being a tragic train wreck than a musician." Lily, whose out in L.A working on her new album, responded via her own blog saying "So, I'm a little upset today, Perez Hilton is a mean man. I don't know what I did to piss him off but the last few months he has launched a bit of a tirade against me." Now the two continue to hit back through their blogs....I can see this going on for a while!

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee are back together! The rocker has confirmed the reunion: “Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces — they’re happy when we’re together. We’ve only given it a try 800 times — 801, here we go.” Well, I really hope it works out for them this time.
